All of the staff is super hospitable and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and don’t think I’ve ever had one bad experience. They always have awesome deals and love to hear feedback on products. By far my favorite hemp store in Charlotte. Thanks Matt!

I went there today to get some Delta 9 gummies and it was a great experience. The young lady (unfortunately I didnt catch her name) who helped me was great. She was helpful and patient explaining all of the different options available and did a great job explaining the other options at the store. I will be returning to this store instead of others in the area.

Where do I even begin w this store and how awesome they are. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve been in the industry for years and years. They have a huge selection of products, always has awesome sales & the drink lounge patio is a great fun addition. Love their loyal oil drinks too, taste amazing and works great!

Amazing staff and a wonderful experience every time! I highly recommend trying their thca drinks as they hit very hard and have great flavor! I have not once had an experience at this establishment that fell under a 10/10 and I can’t praise them enough for their great business and amazing company!

Stopped in the other day after passing by a thousand times. Blown away by the selection and amazing customer service! I’m sure I’ll be a regular here :)

Never shop with these people if you’re order from out of town. Let me tell you they say priority shipping!! That’s a completely lie! I know they don’t ship on weekends so understandable but my order was placed on a Thursday and will not be delivered till next Thursday! I called they told me it should be here by Wednesday but usps says something different! There shipping policy is completely false and trash i could’ve shopped somewhere else!!

1000/10 WOULD recommend!! The Wild Hemp Hempettes have done amazing things for my anxiety. This helps MORE than my prescription medication that I am currently on! Plus, hemp and barrel has been super nice and helpful on the phone with whatever questions I had. I would definitely buy again in the future! Hemp and Barrel is the way to go!

We love Hemp&Barrel. The staff knows us and is always SO incredibly kind. Every member of the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. We’re in about every 2 weeks and they always recognize us, but it was today when we had an elderly lady in front of us who only knew that she was given a gummy having to do with an 8 by her son that I truly had a new appreciation for the quality of the service and the products they provide. The owner walked her through the entire process, taking time to thoroughly explain everything to make her feel comfortable and safe exploring this new concept, and even asked my boyfriend to grab the door for her because he knew it would be heavy for her. Wasted my time for over a month. Waited for weeks following up on new order of a new product just to find out on my last visit that they didn’t and won’t order it. Other than that they act kind and professional. But they should be honest all those times I came in and followed up. Every time until now they were saying they are waiting for it to come in, but turns out they never ordered or planned on ordering it. If they changed their mind they should have let me know about it.

Not from charlotte but I search up hemp and barrel. First off, I called the store in the guy that answer the phone was so friendly made me come in. Then when I came the pretty woman was very nice also. In the product I bought was A 1 will go again. I Suggest anyone to go, you won’t be unsatisfied.
