HEMPLUX you just lost my business over a 20 dollar Backwoods battery that I purchased in Asheboro on Monday October 9th. I tried charging the battery on several different chargers to no avail. So, I made a 15 mile round trip to return it hoping for an exchange. I was told they had a 24 hour return policy. I am no a theif. I did not steal the battery. I paid for it! I also purchased a 2 gram vape on October 9th and a gram of Black Truffle. And you are going to turn your back on a loyal customer over a 20 dollar battery. This is not the way to attract new cutomers. So, after 2 years I will take my business somewhere that appreciates good honest customers. I respect your policy in certain circumstances. I was not trying to get something for nothing. Dissapointing. Loosing a loyal customer who was going to spend more money but, won't give me a replacement battery that I paid way too much for any way but I was trying to support a local business. I will let it be known how I was treated far and wide. I will begin by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Monday Morning.
