Bait-and-switch tactics, repeatedly. I’ve now experienced this multiple times: a very cheap, very potent strain is listed as “in stock” online, only to arrive and be told it’s sold out. Staff were not apologetic, did not acknowledge the issue, and immediately tried to upsell much more expensive alternatives. If this were a one-off, fine—but it’s clearly a pattern. At this point, the online menu feels intentionally misleading. If you’re advertising products you don’t actually have to get people through the door, that’s deceptive. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly suggest calling ahead before wasting your time with this sub par dispensary.

Such an amazing experience everytime I come in to check out product. The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable. You can tell they really love what they do. It's a must stop if you're in the area. Rebecca is the best!! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I went into Kushies to get an ounce. After selecting to strain I wanted, the employee said they were a few grams short. The bud tender informed that if I added a few grams from another strain I could get the ounce pricing. Unfortunately, I was charged about $40-50 more than the stated price. After researching the menu and pricing, I called the next day to inform. I was told that the owner would call me, and now 3 weeks later. No call from anyone…. I will not be going back!!!
