Bait-and-switch tactics, repeatedly.

I’ve now experienced this multiple times: a very cheap, very potent strain is listed as “in stock” online, only to arrive and be told it’s sold out.

Staff were not apologetic, did not acknowledge the issue, and immediately tried to upsell much more expensive alternatives. If this were a one-off, fine—but it’s clearly a pattern.

At this point, the online menu feels intentionally misleading. If you’re advertising products you don’t actually have to get people through the door, that’s deceptive.

I won’t be back, and I’d strongly suggest calling ahead before wasting your time with this sub par dispensary.

My favourite place for quality products and excellent, friendly service. Knowledgeable, kind staff - every experience has been great. Grateful!! 🌿😌
