You can't even make an appointment. The voicemail says to call back in a couple of MONTHS. Completely unprofessional. Just go to Lexington and get your card. It's cheaper and faster too

I finally got on the schedule, and a few days before my appointment it was canceled! I have called and texted to reschedule and I have received nothing back. Voice-mail is full too.
I know another person that was scheduled and the same thing happen to them. Their apt was canceled via email and no answer to reschedule.
I will update my review if something changes.
