PS - There is no way to "message you" so I guess you will just have to live with it. Nothing is going to change the situation. I have moved onto another shop its absolutely not worth the hassle. Review your CCTV footage and listen to our conversation, I am the guy who left your defective cartridge stuck to your counter because you would not exchange it then walked out. If I was trying to pull one over on you I would not have left you with it and walked out.
