I normally love this place. First time going before 5pm and maybe it's the day staff but the vibe was off and the workers seemed a lil cold. But I'll just come at night for now on

Have been several times, usually with no problems until today. I went to pay for an online “Rise & Grind” order, where every requirement was met for a discount. After they “couldn’t find my order” I was asked “it was a bunch of prerolls?” I said “yes” she then told me “I’m not counting all of these” (I guess trying to make I joke,) but I didn’t find anything funny. I was told my total… I asked about my discount, and the lady said she “didn’t see it come up.” I then asked for a manager, to which I was told I was speaking to, and she did absolutely nothing to help my situation. First she lied and said it was because I was picking it up after 11, which is BS considering I’ve done it before, and that was only AFTER the previous worker told me about it, as well as telling me it didn’t matter what time I picked it up as long as it was placed within those time limits. I did it and was fine. Then she said it happened earlier as well… Me still not understanding why, I asked again & a few questions later, she reneged on that statement and said that this had never happened before, and she didn’t know why it wasn’t working. I know, for a fact, my problem could have been resolved, but she was too unbothered and assured me there was nothing she could do. I will never spend another dime in this dispensary.
