This will be long, but bear with me. Metro Hemp Supply gave me my life back.
I have had severe back pain most of my life. In 2018, at 36 years old, I was FINALLY listened to by my amazing doctor, and went about getting looked at. I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs in my lumbar spine, with nerve damage. While nerve blocks and physical therapy took the pain away and allowed me to gain a lot of strength back, earlier in 2021, I had a pretty severe relapse. Another nerve block and raising my medication wasn't having the effect I needed. I was barely able to walk, even with a cane for support.
The pain got pretty bad and I went into, nay, hobbled into, Metro Hemp just to see if there was anything at all I could do. Blake was super helpful, and showed me a pure Hemp oil, as well as a topical Balm. I decided that day to get all 3, because the Balm itself helped ease the pain enough to let me walk back to the car.
Within a week, I was mostly pain free. Within 2, I was off the cane completely.
I use the White CBG, and have switched to the Cell Defense tincture, which is Hemp seed oil, along with cumin seed oil and frankincense, both of which help with inflammation and pain.
Not only does using CBD help with the pain, but my anxiety has calmed and my moods feel stable. This was an unexpected, but welcome, side effect of using the products.
I have now gotten some items for my mother to try, and am happy to tell anyone my story. CBD might not be the route everyone needs to go, but having someone knowledgeable in how to use it medicinally and willing to work with you to find the right product is an amazing experience. My doctors agree, and you can't argue with results. My husband, friends, and coworkers have all seen the difference in how I carry myself and how I feel.
I'll repeat what I have said previously: there are some fun smoke shops in Memphis, but Metro Hemp Supply gave me my life back.
