I bought a torch lighter at Thanksgiving and gave it to my wife she told me it quit working within a couple of days. I'm in the store almost daily for the last 2 months so when I was in buying another lighter the owner told me to bring the other one back. When I did he told me I did not get it at his store because he Doesn't sell that lighter there. I don't go to any other store. But he said he doesn't sell those so I had to get it somewhere else. I know which employee I bought it from and he still said he doesn't sell that but offered 25percent off if I chose a different one. I felt like I was treated like I was trying to run a scam by taking a defective item and asking for a replacement. I'm not just some guy who wandered in trying to get a new lighter. I've been almost daily for 2 months. Repeat customers are what keep a business afloat. It was just the way he said I didn't get it there. I know I did. I have never bought that type of lighter in my life so I would not be trying to game him. It's a good shop and he and Ibriefly visit every time I go in I thought we were building rapport and a business/ patron relationship, but was treated like he didn't know me. Disappointing .

Went here to buy a big bag of tobacco and found it for less money than most places and the gentleman that was working there was very nice and very respectful.
