I loved this place when it opened but the variety and quality has gone WAY DOWN. Most sale vapes don’t work or burn out after a day. No variety to the newer mods. Used to be a loyal customer and now I’ll be finding a new location. Quality of product went from a 5/5 to a 2/5. Very disappointed

I frequent this location every 2 wks when I need to buy more products. About a mth ago I bought wraps I opened 6 and tossed them, they were all stale and stuck to the straws they come on. I opened 6 more same thing but decided to keep them for return. I tried returning them on the 21st or 23 of March but the guy told me to come back because the person for the returns wasn’t there. I should have got that noted but didn’t think it would be a problem as I come here often. I came back today and was given a hassle about the time frame so I explained what happened. He finally agreed to return the wraps so I grabbed the same 5 wraps I returned and was told I owe 1.61$. He then tried to state because 1 of the wraps was .99 cent and the others 1.25. Which still wouldn’t make 1.61 difference so I said instead of replacing the wraps and charging me more I’ll just take the refund. He then refused it all and all. The fact that you were willing to lose business over 5$ and charge me 1.61 more is beyond me. I mentioned the wraps being stale a mth ago and still today the wraps are still on the shelf. It’s a shame because I actually liked this place up until today! Be careful what you purchase here they don’t like to honor returns even if they know they have bad products! Their not willing to take a loss on bad products they’ll rather keep selling them in hopes of no returns.

I have never in my life been talked out of buying some thing from any smoke shop the lady with the long brown hair probably early to mid 50s long brown hair literally talked me out of getting not only to vapes and juices for the vamps. I was going to also get two more disposable ones if I didn’t like those so I was about to spend about 100 bucks and she literally talked me out of it. I will never go back here again. I don’t suggest you come here I never leave negative reviews, but this is bad for business

Very shady will their sales knowingly selling broke vapes and the employees I've dealt with have been fairly rude

Really not the type to leave a bad review, but this place is a joke. I come in here all the time, usually have a positive experience. Last night I bought 2 disposables. Both were defective. They swapped them out, and one of the replacements was also defective. Female employee tells me they're closed and can't do anything else tonight, come back tomorrow. I go back the next day and the same lady is there. She says she just told me that to get me to leave and can't help me. Then the manager comes over and swaps it out for me. The replacement was also defective. I tell her this and she says "They're all like that, it'll fix itself". The vape keeps burning after it's hit. It will eventually die way before it should. So I made two trips to leave with a defective vape and have a person I've only had positive interactions with tell me she was just trying to waste my time. These people are mentally ill. Go somewhere else.
