Website said 11AM then I get here after walking and bus rides only for them to say oh no it opens at 12 we only have 4 people.. it’s due to weather conditions. Y’all if that was the case why not update your website because everyone came along way in the snow and cold to be here not only that but if it’s that bad then just remain close. Sign says 2 but when I called before coming and once I got here and see the sign I called again to confirm what’s going on.

As always, RISE was well-organized, efficient and cleaning. All the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Reema was especially great - she made sure I was set up for their rewards programs before completing my purchase!

I don’t usually come to this dispensary but I’m glad I did. Deayvus made my experience a great one! His customer service skills were amazing; he was very welcoming & kind. He also showed that he was knowledgeable about his job & was very helpful. I definitely will be back. I should have asked his schedule so I can come when he’s there 😊

Always great customer service. I was referred by a neighbor bcuz I have issues with insomnia/sleeping. I’m not really a smoker so I needed something that would help without making me change my lifestyle habits. One of the employees (Mookie) suggested Snoozier Berry, such a great product, I fall asleep in 10/15 mins after taking it. Thank you Rise & thank you Mookie for the suggestion.

I recently visited Rise and had a great experience. The shop is well-organized and clean, which made browsing the selection easy and enjoyable. Naomi was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Also my plug wouldn’t have given me deals/discounts or rewards for spending like Rise does!

Amazing establishment. I couldn’t ask for a better dispensary. I didn’t get the gentleman at the front’s name but he is great at his job and helping new customers. Leaves no stone unturned. Naomi, from the checkout, was another great help. She has awesome recommendations if anyone ever gets stuck and awesome conversation.
