I haven’t been in the store for a while and wanted to try some new products. Angie was super helpful in picking out some new products to try. She also let me know about a deal at checkout that got me more products for only a few more dollars. The store is always nice and clean and the people that work there like Angie are very helpful.

Love coming here! Brought my service dog with me for the first time, a they showed nothing but love for him. He enjoyed visiting the rise location on Durango n sunset. I come here always, and they helped me get this hat for him! He loves it!

Joe has been polite from the very beginning. He always greets me when I come in and recommends the best pre-rolls I’ve ever had. Every time I’m here, he goes above and beyond. I genuinely love coming in when Joe’s working—he always makes my day and leaves me smiling.

This was my first time shopping at this dispensary, and the experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff helped and assisted me with nothing but kindness and respect. Normally, people aren’t always very talkative or welcoming, but the employees here were truly outstanding. I work in an industry where communication with people is important, so I can confidently say this dispensary has an excellent team. A special thank you to David, the manager—he went out of his way to give me a discount that he didn’t have to, and I truly appreciate his kindness. I’m leaving this five-star review because they genuinely deserve it. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

It’s a really nice place and they have good products but hands-down I just received the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a dispensary. I was at the counter. The young lady priced two items for me and they look me square in my face and told me she was going to go help someone else first because he had been waiting for a while, man this man didn’t walk up into the line until after, I was already standing there! The audacity I’m at the counter, but you tell me that you’re going to stop helping me to go help the Caucasian man that “had been waiting for some time”! But he showed up after I did! Yeah, that made a lot of sense but hey, the closer you get to the Pacific Ocean the worst customer service gets! I don’t think I’ll be visiting this establishment again that rubbed me the wrong way!

this establishment has been my main go to for cannabis products for at least a year and a half. There’s no place I’d rather go, and there’s no other place that I’ve ever been that has such a wonderful attitude. Every single time I step in the door, I feel like an old friend greeted by whoever happens to be working at the ID check, with the occasional small talk and catching up with each other, as I usually frequent here about once a week. I’ve been loyal to this location for such a long time, that I’ve been rung up or ID checked by just about anybody who can do it in that store. today’s experience wasn’t any different than they’ve always been, however this time I got the pleasure of meeting an employee that I haven’t met before. I’m terrible with names, but I do recall her last name being Herzog. I had absolutely absolutely incredible lady, and she puts the service and customer service. I love being able to come out of this store and have a good conversation with whoever happens to be on the clock that day, because I’m a people person. No matter who it is, no matter what time of day, or what have you, I know for certain, that not only will my order be taken care of promptly, but in the meantime, I can always have a fulfilling conversation with a new friend. :) Best regards- Dom

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Marina. She is such a peppy and informative sales associate. I shop at Rise often and always see Marina with a huge smile on her face, sometimes singing which makes the experience greater. Excellent customer service! Thank you to the entire team, especially Marina and Pascale for being friendly always.

This location is AMAZING. Super clean and everyone always has a smile on their face and so helpful. Marina & Alecia are always great, helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!
