Phyllis is so knowledgeable about herbs and women's issues. I am learning so much from her. Her products are amazing as well. I got her old fashioned cold cream and just love it!

Phyllis is super knowledgeable about natural medicine and I felt like I got a lot of interesting info that either she spoke about or I was guided to look into myself. My only complaint would the the amount of remedies to incorporate. If you’re a busy person like myself, it can be tricky to keep up but if anything, it made me realize how hard I am on myself for the little things. I’ll definitely be continuing on some of the products she suggested and it was fascinating to realize just how little they teach us about women’s reproductive health in school and beyond. For example, cramps aren’t normal, nor are dramatic mood swings. The reality is that many of our bodies are out of wack and modern medicine keeps giving us bandaids that don’t get to the foot of the problem, but Phyllis genuinely cares about helping each person. My monthly talks with her along with my own research have made me realize just how intertwined our hormones are with our muscles, emotions, mental health, and skeletal system as women.

I went to her because of my terrible cramps I’ve experienced randomly since I was 13 or 14 (now 23). My mom didn’t have cramps so she’d give me midol, other ibuprofen, a heat pad, water, have me do sit-ups, or run a hot bath for me. I tried a few different birth controls too with no luck. Every gyno I tried suggested birth control, ibuprofen, or experimental surgery for endometriosis, and invalidated my pain. I was really scared and confused because everyone seemed to tell me there was either nothing or something very wrong with such an intimate and integral part of my being as a woman. Phyllis reassured me how many other women have expressed similar issues including herself, and that the symptoms I was experiencing are usually just deficiencies that can be easily fixed.
