Surterra always has the best deals, great products, and wonderful customer service. I'm not even from this area, but based on my experiences with my local Surterra, I thought I'd give this location a try and they did not disappoint, proving once again that Surterra is the best option when traveling throughout the state. They have a huge selection of products, with many different strains of flower, a variety of concentrates and edibles, and lots of different vapes, with deals going all the time. I never leave disappointed.

I have never been disappointed here. The staff is always smiling and courteous. They make the extra effort to get you a deal. My vote for best dispensary!

This afternoon we decided to go to Suterra to get some different bud from the dispo I work at plus I ‘needed’ more kief. Keyon was very helpful and I felt well taken care of… I love sending people to dispos that sell products we don’t sell so that they can get their medicine. After todays experience I will continue to direct my PTs, who I care for deeply, over to Suterra for some different bud as well as the stuff we don’t sell. (Please reconsider tip buckets for the budtenders at Suterra. If you’re not into tipping your bud tender… we’re used to that and it’s cool… But please consider giving PTs the option so y’all can hang onto those awesome employees.) Anaya was a great help and a very bright presence, the atmosphere is always amazing and the budtenders are always incredibly helpful. I only wish they were allowed to accept cash tips as a Thank-you for the great work.

This dispensary has the worst customer service. I come in frequently. Incredibly cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Came in yesterday evening 11/21, wasn’t greeted at all, and the cashier spoke to my husband when he sat down (who isn’t a patient) and never addressed me once. Truly bizarre. The behavior is selective, though. The next customer got the “welcome in; we’ll be right with you” speech after I had been standing there for nearly 15 minutes. They move so slowly, as well. Orders are rarely packed for pickup.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to many dispensaries over the years, and while each has its good points, Surterra truly stands out above them all. Every visit feels comfortable and welcoming thanks to their amazing staff—especially Anaya and Xavier. Anaya is so kind and patient; she really listens and helps me find exactly what works best for me. You can tell she genuinely cares. I never feel rushed or judged, and that compassion means so much. Walking into Surterra always eases my anxiety instead of adding to it, which is such a rare and beautiful thing. 💚

Had a great experience at Surterra this morning. Their products are always really good quality, and the staff is super helpful. I came in needing something specific for pain, and Bryce took the time to explain my options and walk me through how and when to use my medication. He was really knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Definitely appreciate the great customer service — I’ll be back!

Yeah man, so in order to properly chill out over the weekend, you gotta set your vibe up right so you can laze about the pond all day without worry of your electric lettuce giving you an anxiety attack. Jessica set me up with some pb and smelly and I’ve been having a good time and singing to the frogs ever since.

I am now on my fourth cart in a row that either has broken outright at the connection and now I have the AIO 2 g and half is left and doesn’t work they are always clogging.. really wish the quality was better overall

I shop here sporadically, but that may be about to change, thanks to an employee named Jimmy. I stopped by this store on my way home the other day for a quick online order pickup. I expected a quick and seamless transaction with an already established price point. That is exactly what I received, but with a bonus! 😃 I was pleasantly surprised at the register when Jimmy, who is clearly a customer service professional, took a look at my available discounts and applied one of them to my purchase. As I was already buying an item that would be complimentary with the offer available to me in their system, it made perfect sense. There was a fun customer service moment when he surprised me with the cheaper total than what I was expecting. This is the kind of genuine care that will now keep me coming back to this store over the plethora of other options in town. When it comes to customer service, it's the small things like this, in my opinion, that are most important. I had been having a bit of an unpleasant day up until this interaction. It really did make a difference in my day. Thanks Jimmy! 🙌

My favorite dispensary! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Shay and Nathan are always very helpful and knowledgeable! Very efficient as well. My online orders are usually ready within minutes.

I had the most amazing experience today at Surterra Wellness. My bud tender Jennifer was so knowledgeable about every single question I had. I lived in Colorado for 5 years. I was not given the information that I was given today in those 5 years together shopping there recreationally and medically. It was truly like speaking with a doctor. Thank you Jennifer for your time. Your awesome!

READ IMPORTANT!!! Last time I went I got 3 bags of 3.5 Rainbow Harbor and 2 of them were only 2 grams?!? They were in sealed bags and were different types in the bag instead of the original Rainbow Harbor I ordered. Obviously one of the employees is stealing from the company so make sure to weigh out your bags before you leave the store if you get from this place or they will probably rip you off and steal from you like they just did to me. Also they like to close earlier than their closing time. They will close the gate up to the 30 minutes before they leave and lose customers who had orders in to go to other dispensaries that actual stay open until their actual closing time especially on holidays. Last 4th of July I went there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close with a huge order in but since they decided to close before their closing time I had to go to another that actually stayed open until the correct time.

I had a very good experience here. I was helped by Shay and Jess who both looked for the best discounts and promotions for me. I will absolutely be returning because the price was great and so was the customer service.

They had everything I needed. The three star is for the service Tywin-Lannister was rude. I didn’t care for her attitude. I have always received great service at the other Surttera. This was at the Park st. location first and last time at that location. The other gentleman there was very nice greeted me coming and going.

Hands down the best customer service and engagement in Jacksonville. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the various products and was ready to answer any questions. I was in great hands and will definitely be returning. Great vibes, great folks, great product. Thanks Anthony!!
