I had a very good experience with eyonna? But your product was not very good at all! I probably won't be back 😕!

I am so horrible at remembering to write reviews but I just had to remember to write this one! as entering the building the costumer ahead of me started getting verbally violent and aggressive (over an expired ID)the security there at this time “Carl” handled it incredibly! He made sure I got into the locked part of the building safely as this angry lunatic was verbally assaulting the security guard and young lady that was checking the ID cards, they both kept very calm and collected the situation was resolved as Carl was able to deescalate and get him to go away. As I do come here often I have always received amazing help and service from Chris when I check out or have any questions never had a bad experience.(: 5 stars because it’s deserved especially after that behavior in a half.

I love this dispensary SO much. I’ve been to all of the others in the surrounding area and none of them hold a flame to the service Terrabis provides. I get Taizen as my budtender a lot and I absolutely adore her. She’s always so kind and easy to talk to(and hilarious!). Honestly though-they’re all great. I’ve never walked out of here anything but happy. The selection is awesome, better than what I’ve found at other dispensaries, and I appreciate that tax price is included in your total when you’re online shopping. All in all, this place rocks and I hope they treat their employees like gold because they’re worth their weight in it. I will keep coming as long as you’re open ❤️

I've never tipped a person, put my wallet back in my pocket and then after chatting up the person, reached BACK in my wallet to tip more.... until today. I adored my tender, Taizen I think is her name. Great convo, chill vibe, nothing but love. Will return to the store for their fire, also. Lol 5/5 amazing customer service. The two at the door were friendly also, I wish I knew their name

I’ve honestly been a little iffy about this Dispensary because of the way the menu was set up, but they actually LISTENED to their clients and made changes!!! The only thing I wish would change now is just more of a discount for Medical Patients, lol. I live about 15/20 minutes away and since I live in the middle of NOWHERE, it’s great that I’m starting to be able to depend on Terrabis for the RSO I honestly NEED in order to keep my arthritis pain under control and not have to be addicted to a bunch of painkillers. RSO & FSHO have been the biggest game changer and I’m grateful to have a dispensary who listens and cares, so close. Thank you Terrabis! XO Dacia Hensley OX
