I am so horrible at remembering to write reviews but I just had to remember to write this one!
as entering the building the costumer ahead of me started getting verbally violent and aggressive (over an expired ID)the security there at this time “Carl” handled it incredibly! He made sure I got into the locked part of the building safely as this angry lunatic was verbally assaulting the security guard and young lady that was checking the ID cards, they both kept very calm and collected the situation was resolved as Carl was able to deescalate and get him to go away.
As I do come here often I have always received amazing help and service from Chris when I check out or have any questions never had a bad experience.(:
