I’ve been coming here for quite some time, and overall I’ve had mostly positive experiences. I like the staff, the facility, and while some products have been a bit dry, they’ve generally been fine.

However, my most recent experience is something I feel others should be aware of. I placed an online order for drive-through pickup during a promotion where flour was listed at a very good sale price. Based on the website, I was able to add four to my cart and complete the order.

When I arrived at the drive-through, I was told there was a maximum limit of two and then asked if I wanted to add other items at regular price instead. That felt misleading. If there is a limit on promotional items, the website should reflect that clearly and only allow customers to select the maximum quantity. That is a basic and easily fixable issue.

I wasn’t offered a discount to honor the advertised price. While they did pull up some expired points, that doesn’t address the core issue. The mistake wasn’t on my end, and I should have been able to purchase the items at the price that was advertised online.

I’m sharing this because transparency matters, and I hope this feedback helps improve the online ordering experience going forward.

I love this place from walking in until out the door customer service was excellent. And the product help so much. The prices are great also. And if you have issues with body aches and can't walk all the time they have a drive thur, for anyone also just order online. This is my go to spot. I told so many people. One more thing I like how after you use their products that you don't feel drowsy later. However their products do last a long time in your body.
