The Habit Smoke Shop - Mesa, AZ | Dispensaire de cannabis

I have never felt more comfortable in one of these shops before, until I stumbled upon The Habit, having just moved to the area.

There are many other shops much closer to where I actually live, but I will gladly travel to this one!

Not only is it super clean but the customer service rocks! Jace is the nice young gal who is usually working and she really goes above and beyond. She is placing a special order for me, and will text me when it's in!

Very kind and honestly you don't see customer service like this much anymore. Highly impressed.

To whoever owns this shop - Jace should definitely get a raise!! Again, because customer service is a skill set that a lot of the younger generation lacks. Jace is the exception.

This is partially on me, but I feel it is very poor customer service, and retention. I purchased a vape device($60) when I got home after running a few more errands I realized it was pink and blue. I went back to the store with an hour and a half and requested to exchange it for a different color. Employee stated they do not exchange anything once it gone out the door. The clerk did not offer me a receipt at the time purchase so I don’t know if it says so on the receipt. I did not see any signs in the store stating no returns. What if when I got home the device didn’t work, am I just out of luck.
Buyer beware I guess.
I’m sure it doesn’t matter much to them, I will just go elsewhere for now on.
