**Update: I really appreciate the owners response and urge to make things right. My bf went later that day and had amazing customer service from the gentlemen helping him. I wish we had more companies like these who take accountability and care about their customers. 5 stars for the prompt response and friendly service. **** It’s 3:22 pm , and the doors locked with an open sign. No note or anything. Waiting 20 minutes and no one showed up. Kinda frustrating.

I went in today looking for a pipe and I was greeted by the store associate with greenish hair. He was friendly and took the time to help me find the right pipe. The shop's prices and selections were out of this world. 10/10 will be back, definitely check them out.

These guys are so awesome, The owner is super cool and attentive, as soon as I walked in and I explained my situation that I could not play with credit card because they were canceled cause my wallet had been lost he was more than happy to accommodate with other payment options, it took about three separate tries at different times and not once did he get frustrated, or irritated he was more than happy to help me out and try to figure out a way to get what I needed. The shop is nice as well super clean they have really nice glass crazy selections of accessories and other necessities that you will need. I definitely recommend you guys come here instead of these other smoke shops in Morgan Hill that over price for everything. I’m tell you this is the spot!
