**Update: I really appreciate the owners response and urge to make things right. My bf went later that day and had amazing customer service from the gentlemen helping him. I wish we had more companies like these who take accountability and care about their customers. 5 stars for the prompt response and friendly service. ****

It’s 3:22 pm , and the doors locked with an open sign. No note or anything. Waiting 20 minutes and no one showed up. Kinda frustrating.

I went in today looking for a pipe and I was greeted by the store associate with greenish hair. He was friendly and took the time to help me find the right pipe. The shop's prices and selections were out of this world. 10/10 will be back, definitely check them out.
