We found you November '25. We got $40 oz consistently. Christmas came and it's been $60 everything ever since. That's rough. I miss you. I miss you being affordable. I miss your quality. Now you've even made your ground flower $60. We check all the time to see if things have improved but they dont - in fact, in many areas, things just get more expensive. Make releaf affordable again. 😓 Edit to add since they responded: there is one ounce by oops for $25 and often $35..this has been the case for TWO MONTHS. No thank you. Nobody here was mentioning your Monday sale. I was directly speaking about your consistent $60 price point when $40 and $50 has disappeared entirely. I do NOT appreciate being gaslit.

I liked the excellent deals, and the fact the budtender was interested in making sure I was happy with the quality of my pick. The prices and vibe were spot on

I like the big pre roll packs and the infused prerolls... Blueberry Obama pre roll will make you throw up, the aroma of a soured cup of milk is the only accurate way to describe the expirence people had when I made them smell it everything else was great though , bubble hash ice water are good and steelhead pre roll party pack also good. And they have a planko board

The bud tenders at Releaf are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of products and their prices are great. I've been to several other dispensaries and I've not found a better one yet.

The Niles ReLeaf Center has provided a consistent, kind, and supportive experience each time that I've had the privilege to visit their facility. Having a warm welcome by Deanna at the front is a pleasant and comforting feeling as you wait for your budtender to meet with you. As you go to the back you have restrooms available, an ATM, and some of the most amazing people you will meet. Andrea, Ember, Jay, and Jordin (sorry if I spelled anyone's name incorrectly 🙌🙏) have all shown me patience while providing knowledge, understanding, and support in your purpose and endeavors. Truly and genuinely, thank you for having a great staff, welcoming atmosphere, and delivering transparent, honest, and thorough information to your customers/patients. ✌️

I've been to several local dispensaries, and The ReLeaf Center is one of my very favorites! The exceptional services, the warm and inviting environment, and the quality and assortment of product make it my go-to. I specifically want to give a shout to Tony, who helped me this last week. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, but Tony went over and beyond and his kindness made my whole day!

These guys never do same-day deliveries no more and when you order the day before they call and cancel the next morning or if they don’t do that they’ll bring you stuff that you didn’t even order and tell you this is all we had. They didn’t used to be this way. It used to be great quality and customer service but now it’s just trash.!!!

Oh my gosh. This is my favorite place to go. Kind helpful staff! And always have good options! Pretty quick. Nice music usually while waiting. Oh and they deliver! I tried that once and it was great except they got my order wrong. Missing 3 things and got one unexpected thing. All the rest was right. I will definitely give it a try again. I trust them to make it right. I also love that they grow and sell their own plants and products:) Those are some photos of plants in their front flower beds.

Yesterday I renewed my VIP membership. I asked if the rules were the same. The budtender said yes, and I renewed. A bunch of rules have apparently changed this year, and the upshot is she would not apply my discount "on top of" other discounts like y'all have on every previous transaction. Ok, so your VIP program is now useless to me and I asked for a refund. Instead of refunding me your manager yesterday applied the oz price break refund and my VIP discount to put me at the same 30% discount that the bud was already at. So I just paid 107$ extra for.... nothing. Frankly I asked for a reasonable refund, on a non marijuana item. You stole from me, plain as if you reached in my wallet and took 107$ and gave nothing in return. Also, if you don't plan on genuinely addressing the above issue, miss me with all that "Thank you so much Blaine ⭐!!". It's disingenuous and irritating. P.S. Your "JillyBean" from Leafology was so badly cured I had to throw it in the trash. Just a little insult on top of other insults P.S.S. Your budtender yesterday did not know how many 1/8s in 2 oz, how many oz in an allotment, or the difference between 5$ or 5%. That's... well at the least, inconvenient...

This is hands down best dispensary I have been to, moving here from Florida has been refreshing. The staff here are knowledgeable but also treated me like they were not robots. Im new in town, had a visitors card. Was treated like family, prices were great, quality is better then anything I was getting in Florida. Definitely will be back and recommend this place to anyone that has not had the experience.

The Releaf Center is definitely the best CBD shop in the Columbus and surrounding areas. This particular shop has hands down the widest variety of products, including drinks, oils, edibles, pre-rolls, papers, pipes, pens, and so much more! In addition to this, the staff is friendly and beyond knowledgeable about all merchandise they carry. Their customer service is top tier. It’s not everyday you come across a business that cares about the individual and helping you meet your needs, while also providing you with facts about the product. The shop is clean, well lit, has great hours, and always has the newest products and it’s still expanding.

Wonderful first experience here! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they have an impressive array of offerings. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Hoping the business is doing well, they deserve the patronage. Appreciated the free pre rolls, very generous!

The staff her are kind, considerate, and very fun people. They really helped me find what I needed to treat my pain. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have spent a lot of money with this place when they were across the street before their current location. I have a Mike Tyson vape leak all over my shelf after hitting it maybe 4 times then set it on the shelf for a week because my Geek bar was still alive and they are the same flavors so I left it there until this one died. I took it in and they were rude almost to the point of saying I was being dishonest with them. I will never spend another penny there and I advise you to not spend even a penny there either. Disgusting customer service to say the least!

Was attempting to make a last minute dispensary run but misclicked and ended up here about 20 minutes before close. Got amazing customer service. The two young men on duty are super educated on what they offer and I like what I picked up.
