I dont understand why so many negative reviews this place is absolutely awesome the staff the flowers the edibles, are all great Norm is amazing i always ask him for suggestions on what flowers to get and he has never failed me with his decisions..

To me personally this is one of the best dispensaries around ..

ive been to empire cannabis and cannabis culture thats around the area honestly the way they run their business sucks! In empire u need a monthly memberships so on top of buying flowers or w.e i have to pay for a monthly membership fee thats insane to me HELL NO! Or if not a day pass which is still horrible thats extra money being wasted for no reason when it could go towards your purchases instead And cannabis culture just gives me non authentic vibes and customer service there is horrible.

Please stay far away from this dispensary. Employees under the influence during working hours and act irrationally as a result. Have been coming here for months and have been paying the same way via a credit card through Apple Pay on their point of sale system. I come in, select my pre-rolls as I have for over a year and am about to pay. The same woman that has been selling me my prerolls and taking my payment the past year says they don’t accept tap. Venmo, Zelle, cash or physical card only. I go get my physical card, and I’m told no credit cards accepted. I confusingly ask since when, I’ve been purchasing stuff the same way since forever. In the rudest possible manner she starts blurting out at me that it’s federally illegal to buy marijuana on a credit card. Instead of just politely saying their way of accepting payments has changed. I looked into it some more and realized they were previously charging my credit cards under the description and the charging codes of an animal/pet store shop. That’s why the way we’re able to do what they did before and now don’t know how to properly approach a customer when things change.
