One aside would be that they need more than 1 person for customer service. The wait time for help with product selection is too long. Using alternative health products sometimes needs education to be given. Helpful tips and tricks. Plus, answering the questions from customers takes listening and responding in a professional manner, which these folks always give!

My wait time was 18 min. The only reason I know is my Uber driver let me know how long I was in the building standing waiting, and he was upset 🙃.

Amazing customer service and wonderful, helpful people! I came into the store looking for a particular item that I had searched all over the area for and could not find. Even though the Vitamin Shoppe did not carry the item either, they went above and beyond to call other shops in the area to help me locate the item I needed.
