Always a nice experience, if I'm not sure about something they help. Times aren't very long, hate to say I shop more on sales.

This location is certainly one of, if not the best trulieve in Jacksonville. Every single employee is a true asset to the company but I consider Will a real gem! He always takes a few moments to discuss products and ALWAYS helps me find the best sale that day. I constantly recommend this location to others because of their amazing customer service in a time when it seems non existent even within the hospitality field. This place is wonderful. The people who work there really have a passion for helping people. I wish I would have asked the guy his name but man was he so wonderful, he let me take my time he explained any and everythibg I needed without hesitation or making me feel lesser of a person for not knowing. Also super fast and efficient! Love love love the first time deal! 100/10 Definitely going back!

Rue at this location is amazing. No matter how busy it is, he never rushes you away. He always has a smile and is willing to help. He took the time to explain the different strains to me and helped me when there was an issue with my card. Other staff has sent me away and asked me to come back once resolved. His personality is just refreshing so Thank You Rue 😊

I went in for the first time today and had an amazing experience! I didn’t even get a chance to have a seat after checking in before I was called to the back. The greeter was so nice! David helped me and he was so sweet! He even let me know the additional discounts that I could receive and saved me money! This was an amazing first time experience and I will be frequenting this location.

The deals and products are great but more staff is needed. There should also be a separate line and staff member handling express orders apart from walk-ins. The experience could certainly be improved but I'm a patient person.

Great experience at this location. V provided excellent customer service. Definitely will be coming back!
