The Nine Mile Ferry Pass store is my favorite. Kori, CJ, Ramon, Amy, Thomas, Drew, Kyle are all fantastic to deal with. And I’m leaving others out I know but I can’t recall all the names. I’ve never had a bad experience in all the time I’ve been going. They’re knowledgeable about the product and best of all, to me, is that they’ve gotten to know me a little. They’ve learned what I like and give me great suggestions. They’ve never steered me wrong and I appreciate the extra mile they go to in order to get me the best deals for the best price! It’s a good staff up there. Keep up the good work!

The only good things I have to say are that the staff are relatively nice. I went in here and purchased 3 carts and one of them just wouldn't hit. I was just going to not return when I was called by the manager to see how I was doing after my first visit. I was surprised at the customer service and when she asked I described my problem and she told me to bring it back. I told her it was like 50% gone because I was just burning the hell out of it bc I didnt want to drive back so I was just going to take the loss. Then she said I should bring it back anyway and that she said it was okay. So I did. When I arrived it was the same as the first, sit in the lobby, wait to be checked in, wait 20 mins, then be helped. The man that helped me kept rumbling off all of the same policies and what I could be doing wrong as the consumer, which I had already spoke to the manager on the phone about. I did specifically state this the moment I met him, but I guess I understand policy. It was just frustrated to have him give me annoyed and dismissive answers as if I hadn't already done everything in my power to fix the issue myself. And on top of that, I didnt even want to come in, I just did because the manager said to. Anyway I got ot exchanged and I had the SAME ISSUE. It got down to like 75% filled and then just wouldn't puff, and I'm honestly just disappointed in the quality and the "okay" atmosphere.

Everyone is super nice to my husband and I but after the evening we had with their associate Thomas we were highly disappointed. My husband always shops there and I always have my identification with me and I forgot it in our vehicle and he simply told me to leave the store and it upset my husband because I would have gladly went back and got them I simply forgot to put them back in my husband’s wallet at the time while at another store that required them. So when we go back we don’t recommend using him for recommendations due to the fact that his attitude towards people is not very professional.

Drew is awesome! He provides amazing customer service and is such a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable — I’ll definitely be back!

This store is Awesome. I'm not sure why all these negative reviews. If you understand their process it's very simple. Place order, wait for email. Once it's packaged USE THE WAIT LIST TO CHECK IN!!!!!!! DON'T WAIT FOR THEM TO COME TO YOU! SIMPLE! I constantly hear people getting upset " I was skipped" Uh .... no? No you weren't.. don't get mad and upset when you don't understand the simplified process to get you in...AND OUT. This staff is Always helpful. They are my favorite team to be treated by our of ANY dispensary in Pensacola! Thomas especially, hes always so cheerful 😄 always smiling and never forgets a face. Next! The manager with the brown hair and short, lol .. she's always assisting her team with their needs especially in high volume. The two guys with the dreads, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS WELCOMING! Rasta! The team at this store has had LESS of a turn in employees than ANY other dispensary I go to in Pensacola... So that must say something. The team has been there for more than 3 solid years. That i know of. Orders are always correct, product is always packaged nice and I'm never short on product ,ever. Only a few times edibles were forgot, but they have corrected their mistakes and have yet to make any others to complain about 😄 kudos team! It's always clean, smells good , friendly, always smiling, and each team member at this store is what dispensaries should be like in this town. Period.
