The Nine Mile Ferry Pass store is my favorite. Kori, CJ, Ramon, Amy, Thomas, Drew, Kyle are all fantastic to deal with. And I’m leaving others out I know but I can’t recall all the names. I’ve never had a bad experience in all the time I’ve been going. They’re knowledgeable about the product and best of all, to me, is that they’ve gotten to know me a little. They’ve learned what I like and give me great suggestions. They’ve never steered me wrong and I appreciate the extra mile they go to in order to get me the best deals for the best price! It’s a good staff up there. Keep up the good work!

The only good things I have to say are that the staff are relatively nice. I went in here and purchased 3 carts and one of them just wouldn't hit. I was just going to not return when I was called by the manager to see how I was doing after my first visit. I was surprised at the customer service and when she asked I described my problem and she told me to bring it back. I told her it was like 50% gone because I was just burning the hell out of it bc I didnt want to drive back so I was just going to take the loss. Then she said I should bring it back anyway and that she said it was okay. So I did. When I arrived it was the same as the first, sit in the lobby, wait to be checked in, wait 20 mins, then be helped. The man that helped me kept rumbling off all of the same policies and what I could be doing wrong as the consumer, which I had already spoke to the manager on the phone about. I did specifically state this the moment I met him, but I guess I understand policy. It was just frustrated to have him give me annoyed and dismissive answers as if I hadn't already done everything in my power to fix the issue myself. And on top of that, I didnt even want to come in, I just did because the manager said to.

Anyway I got ot exchanged and I had the SAME ISSUE. It got down to like 75% filled and then just wouldn't puff, and I'm honestly just disappointed in the quality and the "okay" atmosphere.
