Here for the first time. I walked up to the front desk with no account and the gentleman was patient and gracious. He even let me know which side of the door to push on, which we all know is the most helpful. I love walking into a clean facility with kind faces!

Staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Instantly greeted by a gentleman who runs the front, who also happens to be from WV, I think. Very nice guy, I appreciate the friendliness and greeting upon entry. Loved walking in the back being greeted yet again by another delightful soul. This place carries a brand I prefer so I stocked up, I'll hopefully be back next month for another restock. Also, great deals when you consistently buy you get points which turn into discounts. It's a win for all!

Every time I've shopped here the experience has been fantastic. They're always well-stocked with great Ohio-made products, I never have to wait very long, ordering and paying is a breeze, and the staff are wonderful people. Today I didn't have time to order online before I stopped in, and Evan helped me find some good deals on exactly what I wanted. Thanks Evan! I can't wait to be back.

Loved my experience here, they replaced a damaged cart for me and Teva was awesome! She was super chill, really helpful, and made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. Definitely my go-to spot now.

I've been to dozens of dispensaries in OH, MI, IL, MO, WA, and NM, and this is by far the worst. My experience after 4 visits: Slowest and least friendly service, with the least knowledgeable employees, and the most expensive product. You will have to wait at least 20 minutes just to be taken to the back, but probably longer, your budtender will not be able to make any recommendations on product, your online order will not have been prepared, what you ordered might be out, what they suggest instead will be more expensive than what you ordered, you will be treated like serving you is a chore, and then you will leave less happy than when you walked in. I recommend ELEVATED GROWTH on High Cross Blvd. It's not far from Trulieve and is infinitely better in terms of both price and service. This dispensary is seriously a disaster in every way.

Would give 0 stars if I could just based off of customer service. Products are actually ok, overpriced but that’s understandable with the changes going on. Mind you we arrived 10 minutes before they closed so i definitely understand them being annoyed and rushing as anybody would be. But we were told over and over “to hurry up” and “come on” by their security when walking up to the door. Then they acted like they didn’t want to serve us because we didn’t do an online order but proceeded to say even with an online order you still have to go to back? Also whilst being in the back the employees back there were rushing everyone while asking questions like “do you know the manufacturer of the product” amongst other random questions. You would think if they were in such a rush they would just hurry up and give you the product……Employees were talking bad about customers while other customers were present. Just completely unprofessional all around.

Excellent experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I wish customer service was this way everywhere! Note: They prioritize medical patients over recreational customers. So if you have to wait in line, that is why. If you want to minimize your wait time, order ahead online. Also, waiting has only been an issue since recreational became possible. They now need a larger parking lot. 😂

Everyone was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Despite having to wait in the line they made the experience as quick and easy as possible. Even gave out waters to those waiting! Good variety of products, and priced fairly. Will be coming back 👍🏼

I understand they are new but waiting hours outside. People didn’t seem to have any control over the facility. Because it’s new to Ohio I’m sure people don’t understand how terrible this spot is .go to any other state the dispensary operate much better .must take the greed out of it and get a facility and a staff to handle the numbers of people that you’re trying to serve . Do way better run it like a business not like a bunch of confused stoners. It makes the industry look bad
