Uncle Stu's has been my go-to vape shop since day one of my vape use. It's very rare that I'll end up going to a different vape shop. The employees have always been so nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I gave it 4 stars because a lot of the time their inventory is slim & their orders "didn't arrive" or it's a "check back in a day or two". My vape uses a coil that seems rare Uncle Stu's gets in stock even though my vape I bought here. I've had to resort to ordering my coils online which sucks because it usually takes a week to be delivered. Don't get me wrong though, there have still been plenty of times Stu's has had the right coil. All and all, I'm still an Uncle Stu's shopper. The atmosphere is what you'd expect of a vape shop, but better. It's kinda a vibe on its own in their own right.

Called because my yocan orbit wouldnt work properly, was informed i could get my receipt and to bring it in to try to troubleshoot it. Caitlyn both answered the phone and assisted me when i got there she was able to inform me of possible coil issues and resolve my issue for me in little to know time. Amazing customer service.
