I have been shopping here for years until I moved out of the area. I usually have a very pleasant experience here and never have any complaints. I stopped here for a breeze dispo because I was in the area and was out. I bought my usual Anejo which is usually tart and sweet. Mine today tasted stale and had a horrible chemical/plastic taste. So I returned into the store immediately and wanted to let them know it could be old or a bad batch. I wasn’t looking to get anything for free. The older gentleman said how does he know I didn’t just walk out and walk back in with an old one. Good point, you don’t. I said I was just letting you know in case the rest taste bad and that he could throw the one I just purchased away because I didn’t even want it at that point. He gave me another unopened one which I never asked for and I asked if I could open it and hit it in front of him. He literally told me “I don’t care. You can call the company and take it up with them and see if they will send you a new one.” I never once asked for a new one, but wanted to let them know it was either old or a bad batch. I guess customer feed back isn’t appreciated here. Oh and the 2nd one given to me tasted horrible too. I know the dad did the best he could to replace something that didn’t have a warranty or refund. But next time listen to your long time customer who truly isn’t trying to get anything for free.
