Purchased a water pipe from this store and not even a month later the neck of the water pipe snaps in my hands out of nowhere. I paid 55$ for a water pipe that I've used maybe 5 times. It didn't fall, or anything, it just cleanly snapped. I called the store and they said I would recieve no compensation for the faulty piece. I've shopped often at this place in the past, but after this I'm done going there. Absolutely terrible customer service.
