Today I bought some vape juice. I got home and saw that I had bought the wrong one (I accidentally got one I really didn’t like). I took it back, unopened. The seal was still on it. I asked if I could trade it out expecting no problem. Who would? But the guy there said it was company policy to say no. All sales are final. I could not believe it. After all the business I give them for Kratom and juice. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back. It wasn’t the fault of the guy who works there (who o see twice a week for six months. He said it was a corporate rul. Well, they are going to keep losing business if they don’t get wise and be there for the customer. They lost a lot of business with me.
