This place is amazing. I have been going here since 2018, and I have never once had a bad experience. John and Wes are awesome dudes, they always go above and beyond for their customers. I could stand there for hours and just talk to them. They are like family to me, and since I moved about 25 minutes away, I still make the drive to go there. They carry the products I use, which the one closest to me doesn't, but thats not what keeps me going back. Its their customer service. The only way someone could have a bad experience is if the customer themselves is rude and obnoxious. Thank you guys for making me feel like family and for always taking care of me. You guys rock! I'd give you more stars if I could!

Unfortunate for this Joe guy leaving such a negative review, who is obviously entitled and doesn't understand the importance of taking care of returning/regular customers in small businesses. I've never had an issue at this location, the employees have always been extremely helpful and tend to customers with ease. There is a great variety of ejuice lines here at a great price point! Speaking of price that goes for the hardware as well. I've been to many shops in the Columbus area and this is by far the most affordable for liquid, replacement coils, and hardware.
