I will never buy from this company again. Today has been 2-weeks and I still didn't receive anything. The tracking says is out for delivery for 3 days already. ETA changes daily and VaporFi says they cannot release the shipping company phone number. It can only be delivered with an adult signature, so for this reason, I placed the order to be delivered to my office, and the customer care told me they will try to deliver at anytime, and will make only two attempts, so, basically, I feel like I will never receive my order.

Placed an order 2 months ago. Was given every excuse under the sun, and despite asking to speak with a supervisor multiple times, was shoved off. Utter disrespect, not even an attempt to make it right. After 4 phone calls and more waiting I had to call again to be told they'd issue a refund. Not an I'm sorry, not a "how can we make this right". 2 months for an order. This company is flat out a scam. The WORST customer service of my life. I will never purchase a product from these individuals and neither should you.
