Today was my first time visiting this location, I was greeted immediately by Willy and his other associate. Willy then asked me what brought me in today, which is awesome because I don’t know much when it comes to the ins and outs of vaping. He was patient and explained a lot of information in order for me to make a confident purchase. He listened to my likes and preferences when it came to juice and he recommended products and juices that were right up my alley! His customer service should not go unnoticed as sometimes when I enter vape stores I feel embarrassed asking lots of questions. He was so helpful and always had a smile! :) I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to seeing him again on my next visit!
