I bought a vape that ended up being burnt, tried to call and ask them the next day if I could return the vape to get one that was obviously not burnt. The big dude who works there answered and told me that since I didn’t bring it back the day of (mind you they were closing) that he didn’t know if he could give me a new one even though the one they sold me was obviously and clearly burnt. I go up to the store and try to let the big dude try it so he can understand that I just would like to trade them out, he has a terrible smirky attitude and decides to tell me that it wasn’t him who sold, even though I completely recognized him because he’s the one who sold it to me in the first place. Long story short, I’ve been going to this shop for years and the service has always been good, until now.

A great selection of products keeps the customers returning here. The management has improved over the years i've shopped here. I see this as a staple business overdue for growth.

To start off I never write reviews but I couldn’t let this service go without notice. Not from the area so took a chance on “the token smoke” which I wasn’t to sure if they would be open seeing most shops open at 12pm- 1, but the shop was open on time and met with Lee who gave me outstanding customer service about the products that I was looking into, had a wide spread of knowledge and answered all my questions that I had. Probably asked a bit to much but he just kept going with information. I absolutely will be coming back again and 10/10 would recommend and ask for Lee for assistance he did awesome!

Best place for under age customers and terrible smirky customer service. Twice now I've purchased a non-working vape and both times the big guy who works the counter was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He said that he had never seen me before and to get out of his store. Will definitely not be returning just to be treated with such an ugly attitude.

I love this place! they are very conveniently located right down the street. Flee is very knowledgeable and helped me picked out perfect accessories I was needing. They have temp hours currently so call ahead they’re open currently open 9am - 8pm. Great time frame for ACL 2022 goers.
