Good service! Great prices!

Update. The issue was resolved. The worse customer service I've ever experienced!!!! If I could give it 0 star, I would. The store just lost several customers (me and several my friends) who were buying a lot at that store. Happily it's not only a store around. I bought a 10 mm bowl for my bong for $21, but on my way home I found another option for $6!! They were looking the same and since I don't care about the quality of the glass I decided to return it. Since I bought it 10 mins ago I thought I would not have any issues with it. However, the salesperson didn't want to accept my return saying that they have Final Sales policy. He didn't want to hear anything! I've never faced such a rude attitude!! Even though I go to this store regularly I've never see information about this shop policy before until the moment the salesperson pointed me on. I also couldn't find it on the receipt because the salesperson didn't give the receipt to me when I purchased the bowl. I was explaining him that I would buy something else instead, but he said that I'm rude and had to go out from the store. He was playing a game on his phone and he wasn't interested in talking to me. I'm sure if it would be the owner, the situation went differently. I was rejected to have a contact of the owner so that he could decide if he wants to make an exception for me or not. It's always bad to lose customers for such a small thing. I was bringing money to this business, but no more. I would never go back!!!! There are nicer smoke shops in that area who cares about castanets issues and needs and with more flexible policies. Moreover, rejecting my return the store braking the law because the Final Sales Policy information doesn’t displayed well!!!

The service here is genuinely rude and unfriendly, they are not knowledgeable on vaping products and expensive as hell. Their are two younger employees who are helpful but the rest of the staff doesn't seem to care about customer service and will deliberately lie about prices and products. Recently had to report them to Puff because every code on one of their Puff bars that I've validated through Puff has come back as a fake. Spend your money elsewhere

Did i say Great Customer Service!!! I have been going to this place for many years. Under new management the staff remembered i was a local , i left my driving glasses and they kept them for me ! I am very impressed!!! We all love this shop who are locals, prices are great and what can i say , excellent place!! Thanks a million for my favorite frames back!!!

I bought Plant Terra CBD Oil no flavor and its the worst taste for anything I have ever had don't buy it for that plus the price is very high as well! Bad stuff
