Probably won't go back. They are extremely unwilling to help you if you make even one mistake and they will not let you return anything (even if you realize your mistake when you walk out of the door and walk right back in). I go to another place in Belmont NC that's seems much more understanding and knows me pretty well so I'll just stick with them.

I was in there last night 7/9/24 being helped by a very nice African American gentleman. I had chosen my vape and 1 juice and was looking for another flavor when a gentleman with tattoos on his face said “your spending to long and we have other customers” They had one other customer in there surely he could have helped that person. Needless to say my husband and I walked out.

Literally walked in a few seconds ago! Every one is supposed to be working and the black guy and white female playing video games looking at TV! You’re working and not home. A. Customer should not have to prick your brain for information! Not my job! WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I GET IT BUT IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK FIND PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ENGAGE WITH PUBLIC!! Should not have to ask you anything walking in your store! Damn I had to speak first and your job is to only say hello and what can I get for u today! To many CHILDREN WORKING IN THESE RETAIL STORES WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE SAD AND SORRY!!!! Work on COMMUNICATION FIRST AND FOREMOST YOU ARE A PUBLIC SERVANT AND U NEVER KNOW WHOM YOUR DEALING WITH!!! Get your game up BBSS🤬🤬🤬☹️😞🙁🤔

Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and knew their products from memory. They gave great recommendations and did not try to oversell. Upsell yes but within reason and done in such a way as to not be pressured. We will be back!
