This was our first time visiting this facility and I must say I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility. The facility is super clean. The wait times is excellent we got right in and out. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Delta 9 you’re the best.

I am extremely disappointed with how the quality of service has dropped since my last recertification in May 2022. My appointment was scheduled for 12:35-12:45pm, with Dr. Rieser, the same doctor who has renewed my medical renewal the four previous years. It is currently 1:30pm, and I cannot get the online support staff to respond, despite my letting them know I have another phone appointment starting at 1:30pm.

I’ve came here for my original recommendation and they have helped me out every time I’ve misplaced it or needdd it renewed. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctor is serious yet kind. I really appreciate their help and I am happy to renew my card here again. I recommend them to everyone, and I live in the valley.

Terrible experience. I was told my rec would be shipped out the next day, but after calling multiple times and several unanswered emails, I was able to get my tracking information which showed it didn't ship for 5 days. I was already back from my trip and did not need the rec at that point. Then I was told they would refund my credit card in 3-4 days and the rec would be void - fine with me!! Except that was over 2 weeks ago and still no refund!!! What a waste of time! Go with nuggmd instead - I had my rec emailed to me and had a great trip!
