This was our first time visiting this facility and I must say I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility. I am extremely disappointed with how the quality of service has dropped since my last recertification in May 2022. My appointment was scheduled for 12:35-12:45pm, with Dr. Rieser, the same doctor who has renewed my medical renewal the four previous years. It is currently 1:30pm, and I cannot get the online support staff to respond, despite my letting them know I have another phone appointment starting at 1:30pm.
