You can't even make an appointment. The voicemail says to call back in a couple of MONTHS. Completely unprofessional. Just go to Lexington and get your card. It's cheaper and faster too

I finally got on the schedule, and a few days before my appointment it was canceled! I have called and texted to reschedule and I have received nothing back. Voice-mail is full too. I know another person that was scheduled and the same thing happen to them. Their apt was canceled via email and no answer to reschedule. I will update my review if something changes.

I would not recommend this business. I left 3 voice messages, 3 texts and called their hormone clinic left a 4th message and this was over the course of 10 days I have not had a return call. I guess she dont need my money! Zero stars. Finally after weeks I got a rude text saying don't message,don't come to her business. She has no receptionist, no scheduler. She picks and chooses who she wishes to see,most times the building is closed. Take my advice go to LEXINGTON KY ky to get your CARD! Lexington KY cannabis is nice,prompt and I had my card in less than 24hrs! IT WAS 40.00 CHEAPER ALSO!

April was very prompt with appointment time and knowledgeable about my condition and the options for treatment. Highly recommend her clinic for anyone looking for alternative medicine!

Called to inquire about a medical green card I have a terminal illness! This psycho lady had no idea the own laws in the state of KY! She told me that my illness isn’t covered when in fact it is 100% covered under the medical caregivers act! She then repeatedly interrupted me in my conversation to inform her about my condition and her response was it didn’t matter! This lady is highly uneducated in her own field! It’s sad a person coming in off the streets knows more about her own laws than she does! Unacceptable, it’s either that or she only wants to help females….
