I have been struggling with dermatitis for almost a year. Through a connection at Spiral Herbal Remedies... I finally found something that worked. My dermatitis is brought on by hormonal issues as well as dairy. I have seen a dermatologist, and they keep telling me to use steroids and steroid cream. This is not something I want to do long term. When I have a flare up, I double up on my tincture. Otherwise, I use it once a day. Pictures included are of when I was really bad, and I started using the tincture. The swelling and itchiness was gone within a few days. I still have little flare ups (if I over-do on dairy or during certain times of the month), but when I know they are coming, I double up and really keep the issues at bay.
