Super knowledgable & friendly,, the store has tons of traditional herbs and combos sold as teas & tinctures & other treatments, I tried & used up a combination tea for lung health that really helped my recovery, I was craving the tea…. highly recommend this shop. I’ve been back for other stuff and the woman who owns it was a RN -she is a very well-rounded wave looking at stuff and also has a blog! I have been struggling with dermatitis for almost a year. Through a connection at Spiral Herbal Remedies... I finally found something that worked. My dermatitis is brought on by hormonal issues as well as dairy. I have seen a dermatologist, and they keep telling me to use steroids and steroid cream. This is not something I want to do long term. When I have a flare up, I double up on my tincture. Otherwise, I use it once a day. Pictures included are of when I was really bad, and I started using the tincture. The swelling and itchiness was gone within a few days. I still have little flare ups (if I over-do on dairy or during certain times of the month), but when I know they are coming, I double up and really keep the issues at bay.
