Bought an “elf bar”, went to use it and it had no flavor, went back inside she said if there is smoke I will do nothing. I scanned the package and it is an imitation! Cost my $26! She also doesn’t ID anyone.

Very nice, polite service to everyone, and she builds connections with returning customers which makes the buying experience even better. They have a huge variety of needs from all ends of the spectrum. She also will help you find something new to try with good advice! I bought some cigarettes and tobacco for my friend in Europe and the lady was super patient and helpful because I don't smoke... She served quite a few other customers and she is so good hearted. I would recommend supporting this store even if it's far away.

The owner is my favorite person ever, gives the best service, products, and lower prices. They don't rip you off like other smokeshops either. They have the best variety of things to buy, too.
