The owner always makes sure she stocks my vape flavor which I can’t find anywhere else around here.

Bought an “elf bar”, went to use it and it had no flavor, went back inside she said if there is smoke I will do nothing. I scanned the package and it is an imitation! Cost my $26!

She also doesn’t ID anyone.
