This is a wonderful store for every smoke and vape needs. I highly recommend this store, the salesperson is so knowledgeable and knows his job, makes you wanna spend money :). Plus all the selections of literally everything. Really nice store.

Bought a bong from here. Was told it was American glass. The neck shattered during the first session. Contacted the store, knowing their policy of no returns/refunds, however being it broke within five minutes of use and only wanting an exchange, I assumed this business would be obliged to my request. I was offered $5 off my next purchase, meaning they wanted to take more of my money for a second piece, even though the first piece broke while using it for the first time. I proceeded to state how I felt that offer was disingenuous because there is nothing stopping them from selling me another faulty piece only to be left in the same boat that I started with. They then proceeded to call me a liar, stating no employee told me it was American glass, and then tried to gaslight me by saying I’m confused. Will not be coming back. Used to spend over $150 a month here. Looks like I’m going elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I have been going here for over a year now. Everyone there is very very helpful, considerate and kind. We have gotten reasonable discounts and everything's a fair price along with great staff. Today I went in to get my boyfriend something for Valentine's day. Usually we go at night, so seeing an unfamiliar face I was worried I wouldn't be helped. I should've known that they would ensure they have a great staff day round. The nice guy helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and helped me get points to shave some money off the bill. He ensured to wrap the gift perfectly so it wouldn't get damaged. So grateful to know we still have places that are welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
