Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service Experience Called at around 10:26 AM Monday April 1st. Initially, the individual who answered was articulate and clear. However, just as I was about to greet them, they abruptly hung up. Upon calling a second time, the same person exhibited erratic behavior, being highly disrespectful, making strange noises, and acting in a manner reminiscent of someone with Tourette's syndrome. Despite this, I attempted a third call, and once again, the same individual answered, speaking in a relatively normal manner. I even confronted him, asking if he consistently treat their customers in such a manner.

They have decent prices. But one guy that works there. He might be the owner I'm not sure. He always seems to have a bad attitude and I don't know why.

Miss Kimberly (I believe was her name) is the most nice, sweet, friendly, helpful and prosocial clerk I have encountered in a very long time. I went with my service dog, and he had a small medical emergency while I was on my way there. And when I arrived at the smoke shop, Kimberly helped me get water for my dog, and allowed me to loiter around until Pedro (my little buddy) was able to get up and climb in a cab. She was a lifesaver that day, and is extraordinarily pleasant every time I see her when I go by. I am thrilled with this business and highly recommend you stop by and get your supplies here!
