Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service Experience
Called at around 10:26 AM Monday April 1st. Initially, the individual who answered was articulate and clear. However, just as I was about to greet them, they abruptly hung up. Upon calling a second time, the same person exhibited erratic behavior, being highly disrespectful, making strange noises, and acting in a manner reminiscent of someone with Tourette's syndrome. Despite this, I attempted a third call, and once again, the same individual answered, speaking in a relatively normal manner. I even confronted him, asking if he consistently treat their customers in such a manner.
