The staff are always so friendly! They actually take the time to give you suggestions fitting your needs. They often have sales and promos and the staff are always reminding you so that you dont miss out. The selection seems to change a lot, but I dont think they have much of a choice on that. I love seeing the same faces everytime I go in, it seems like employees are treated well as a lot of them have been there a long time. The people working there are why I go to Ascend everytime!

I use to love this place, been gone since they opened as a medical marijuana patient, I spend about $7000 a year, I put an order in. It says it was being prepared and because of the snow emergency they were closed that next day, it was canceled, so I called ascend. They told me they didn’t have any control over that, but yet they started to begin filling my order. But it was still canceled, they told me, I’d have to actually go to the store and see if they will honor the products that was on sale, but in the past, they use to always take care of it, by calling the manager at the facility, and now, for some reason, they won’t take care of it. They act like it’s a separate company that they don’t represent.Pretty sad customer service for a medical patients that they don’t care about.

The experience was pleasant information was provided clearly staff was Pleasant dress properly for the job identifying name tags environment was clean and organized and they work well as a team looking to return not only with service good but the product supplied also👍

Their owner is being sued for racketeering and market manipulation. Ever wonder why it’s 3x more expensive in Ohio vs Michigan? It’s not the lie of “quality” they try to give you, just that they want to abuse the Ohio cannabis rules they helped put in place. Also medical Monday? They only offer one day a week 20% off discount for medical patients? Imagine if a pharmacy told people they could only get a lower co pay on Mondays 😂 what a joke, I’ll go to literally any other dispo in Ohio where it’s 20-35% off for medical patients EVERYDAY. So much for those medical patient provisions in the new house bill they helped push 😂

They usually have quality products but I bought a disposable vape that never worked. It was clogged from the start. When I went to return it, I was almost treated like a criminal? I was checked for coming back two times in one day. When I checked out the first time, I guess they didn't put the receipt on the vape and I almost couldn't return the item. The whole thing sent me into a panic attack and I think I will find a different dispensary.

This place was great, great staff, very quick. Love every one there and they are knowledgeable and take their time trying to help you. Very great staff!! HOWEVER, since they sold themselves to ascend their prices are outrageous now, not good brands and just not worth it to me anymore. I go to curleaf and Sunnyside now because simply put the product isn't good here and definitely not worth the price they are charging. Really sad because I love the people that work there and the location is perfect for where I live. I had came here since they opened. Although I won't be going back until their prices and inventory can match their competitors.

I usually go here because this dispensary is much closer to me than any others. They have been getting a lot more product so I'm a little happier than I was when they first opened. The prices are okay. Look for the sales because that's when it's time to dig in. Some of the sales are amazing. Some of the other dispensaries have a wider selection for sure. I still like coming to this one because of the convenience. One thing as you can put your order in ahead of time and be in and out within 5 minutes usually.

Have had some awkward experiences here with employees and customers. You can tell this store (maybe the company that owns it) really has caused major worker burnout which then affects the attitudes of the customers. No deals anymore and prices are much higher than other dispensaries. Just three years ago my doctor told me they had the best prices in the state and I really felt they did until about 6 months ago. Haven’t been back since their major price increase on all products, but I still check often to see if they lowered their prices. Really wish these companies would stop monopolizing on alternative medicines!

My wife is a medical patient here. In anticipation of the public coming to buy here, they have skyrocketed their pricing, gouging the medical patients in the process. They are going to attempt a money grab before more competition opens up. Their previous pricing was barely competitive. The patients and the public will remember this Ascend.
