I was looking to purchase a new mod after my old one broke and I looked up this place via google maps. I saw this new place and was intrigued. When I walked in they had a decent selection; the sales associate mentioned she was new abs apologized when I asked her what devices worked best.
I understand new employees but I found it strange that she was left alone to tend to customers with limited knowledge of the products as opposed to having a manager or supervisor present for guide her. She sold me the wrong coils for my new devices which didn't power very well. The coil I had burnt put quickly and I returned to the store to purchase more. Again, there was another employee who didn't know any of the products or recognized the device I bought. After going through many coils the store didn't have didn't have what I needed.
The staff is poorly trained and their knowledge limited. I do not blame the employees, they are new and everyone has to start somewhere but there should at least be a supervisor present to assist with questions and mentor the new staff so they are not grasping in the dark.
