Friendly service. However, I bought a vape battery yesterday and it does not work. Tried charging and is says it is for about 30 seconds and then just flashes red while charger shows green. When I put my cart on to try it lights up then just flashes. Tried calling due to me not from the area to see if I can bring it back for exchange and no answer. Hopefully they answer when I call after a bit.
